SALE ITEMS

Sale items purchased during “Sales Periods” are considered to be a Final Sale, therefore cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, store credit or gift card. (Unless Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Returns are not available for change of mind on sale items.)

Please choose your sale items carefully and speak to our customer service team should you have any questions pre-purchase.

SHIPPING

We know how exciting it is to wait for a parcel and for your convenience we have two options available: Standard and Express Shipping.

We offer free standard post for all orders over $100.00 AUD within Australia.

All Domestic and International orders (excluding USA) are shipped daily (Mon-Fri) from our office in Melbourne, Australia. If you would like same day dispatch, make sure to have your order placed by 10.00am AEST.

STANDARD POST

Delivered within 5 business days (Metro Areas)

Delivered within 7 business days (Rest of Australia)

EXPRESS POST

Delivered within 2 business days (Metro areas)

Delivered within 3 business days (Rest of Australia)

INTERNATIONAL

Allow up to 7 to 14 business days (pending customs).

Please be mindful there may be some shipping delays due to COVID 19 and reduced flights, however, we are working around the clock to ensure your parcel gets to you ASAP.

**International customers please note that some countries will require payment of a Government mandated import or VAT tax before your order can be processed through Customs.

For more information, please refer to your National Customs Department or contact our international delivery partner DHL for advice on whether any additional import fees will be required before delivery is possible. These will be in addition to any shipping fees charged at the checkout.

TEA NOW RETURNS

Not a fan? That’s okay, you can return our High Performance Tea Blends up to 30 days from date of purchase providing the packaging is intact and remains unopened.

The product you return, must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.  We will issue a full refund in these circumstances. You will also need to pay any postage incurred returning your order to us.

Only once the return has been received at TEA NOW Head Office can a refund be processed.

If you have opened the packaging and tried one tea bag, you will not be able to return the pack to us as it has been opened and the remaining tea bags will have been exposed.

We offer an extensive sampling program free of charge. Each time you make a purchase we will include one sample pack (containing two tea bags) of a blend you may want to try. This way you can experience other blends before making a purchase with us.

Returns are available subject to the following conditions:

Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns:

The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order & the outer packaging remains intact & unopened.

Please note: TEA NOW is not responsible for the freight costs of return and original shipping costs paid when item was purchased will not be refunded.

If refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have been received by TEA NOW Head Office.

Orders Returned/Unclaimed To Sender

If your order has been returned to us due to entering an incorrect address or remained unclaimed from the post office, shipping will need to be paid again by the customer in order to have the order resent from TEA NOW Head Office.
