Great for hot or cold teas!

Simply boil water and fill the teapot about 3/4 full. Measure an appropriate amount of loose leaf tea into the strainer and lower the strainer into the tea pot slowly and allow it to steep. When the tea is at the desired strength, remove the strainer. If you ar emaking iced tea place the tea pot into the fridge to cool. Never heat without water inside. Avoid cooling liquids quickly, handle hot liquids with care and never use if chipped or damaged. Not compatible with Induction stove tops.
